Automatic tracking

Automatic tracking can optionally be configured to save queries to the internet. The following options are available:
- Only check with available Wi-Fi: Tracing will only run if the phone is connected to a wireless access point;
- Only check in business hours: The tracking will only run during the hours of operation of the agencies.
